Clean hotel, loved to be right by the centre of town, the mountains and all the 3 big markets thanks to good and decent location. Big and bright units with a bath, a large L shaped balcony and stunning views, and the staff were lovely! An electric kettle, a fridge, and a washing machine were an advantage.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect position so close to the river and mountain, city center and the ski slopes. the twin room was well maintained and bright. A sofa bed, central heating, and an iron worked well and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, close enough to ski slopes and city center, a park, and other parts of the town. the staff is polite and good at all levels.

This place is clean, bright, and has a private bathroom, creating a pleasant overall experience.

We had a great time staying at Arena in Samokov. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains from our spacious corner room. the hotel had all the facilities we needed, including a large heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. the staff were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious and energizing, and there were three convenient supermarkets right next to the hotel. We also appreciated the beautiful parks and walking tracks nearby. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.
